Carel Recruitment was founded by Kiara Carel, who has supported hundreds of candidates and hiring managers across Australia in delivering successful placements across a wide range of industries and levels.

She also brings global experience from working in television casting with some of the world’s leading production companies, including Disney Studios, World of Wonder, and Warner Bros, which has further strengthened her ability to identify talent, build strong relationships, and deliver effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
